It deals in nurturing the potential and possibilities of young people and in the development of environments where these things can be realised. Innovation and creativity are called for in order to deliver the most inspiring environment that the budget will allow. Sector knowledge and experience is the bedrock of successful delivery.
RCPM has the talent and knowledge to make projects work successfully. We understand the sector technically, we understand the value to risk equation and funding potential and restrictions and we know how to deliver success in this complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Our extensive experience on new build and refurbishment projects covers a wide range of schools and higher education projects. We have delivered projects for nurseries, primary and secondary schools, and sixth form colleges both in the public and private sectors. We're experienced in the construction of special educational needs facilities and have worked on projects providing education space for children in secure units.
In higher education our experience covers both refurbishments and new build projects for universities. We've delivered teaching spaces, libraries, student accommodation, and student social areas as well as M&E infrastructure upgrades.
